Two of our Johannesburg-based parks welcome new business hubs

Recently, we launched two new business hubs in two of our Johannesburg-based parks: Lanzerac Works and Tambo Exchange, located in Midrand and Boksburg respectively. And on the 24th and 25th of May 2023, we hosted excited clients for their grand openings.

Background

Tambo Exchange is our largest Johannesburg park, located on the doorstep of OR Tambo International Airport. The park’s expansive logistics and mixed-use spaces comprise over forty units, in six buildings, and seven internal roadways.

On the other hand, Lanzerac Works offers a mix of bright, modern office and light-industrial spaces. These spaces all benefit from large driveways, ample parking, and outdoor garden areas. Lanzerac’s units are perfectly suited to mini distribution centres, wholesale outlets, tradespeople, and SMEs. These two parks already have a lot to offer, but now they have the added benefit of being home to new, fully-kitted business hubs.

When the decision is made to launch a new business hub, we immediately see an uptake in the park's energy. The launches

Clients at the launch were wowed by the hubs' potential to facilitate networking with stylish onsite cafes offering a range of tasty treats, and pause areas for more casual conversations (necessary to build relationships with more laid-back clientele).

On the day, Rael Levitt, founder and CEO of Inospace, shared the following message about the tenacity of the South Africa spirit: "So many people have such negative views about South Africa’s (and Africa’s) commercial hub. We don't. Our parks are full. Our portfolio across the board in Johannesburg has minimal vacancies. Business is operating. People are doing business. The indomitable South African survivor spirit. And we are upgrading and improving our business facilities to create a premium industrial and logistics experience."
