Sky Works is an industrial logistics park consisting of eight small units which range between 240m² and 245m² in sectional extents. The park is located in Airport Industria, one of Cape Town’s most sought-after industrial precincts due to its close proximity to Cape Town International Airport and its ease of access onto the N2 and R 300.
Each of the units has its own roller shutter door as well as office component and allotted parking. This gross-leasable area can be extended by installing a mezzanine.
Sky Works has been designed to have vehicular circulation around the building and there are two access points to the site. The site is a mere 20 km from the Cape Town City centre and 17 km form the harbour, making it very accessible to various users.
